Founder Story
I started my business in 1995 in the textile and garments trading sector after training from BSCIC. I always had a dream to build something in agriculture, so I started a nursery for tree plantation across Bangladesh.
My hometown is Purinda, Satgram, Araihazar, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. The 1998 flood destroyed much of my early agricultural dream. After that, my father advised me to move to Dhaka and continue in textile trading.
Within 6 months I achieved good success, but after 9/11 my business again stopped. I returned to my village with my family and faced very difficult times.
During that time I started fish culture and vegetable farming. I worked from 5 AM to 10 PM daily. That agricultural work saved my family life.
In 2023, I restarted Faysal Agro again. Now my dream is to build “Protein Club” and expand Bangladeshi food globally as a multinational brand.
I also want to plant 100 million trees worldwide to fight global warming. I will build a volunteer network for global plantation.
